a. Cancellation by Client:

  • Full Refund: If you cancel your scheduled home inspection at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Partial Refund: If you cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, a partial refund may be granted, less a cancellation fee to coveradministrative and preparation costs.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, or failure to attend the inspection without prior notice, will not be
    eligible for a refund.

b. Cancellation by Kaur Home Inspection:

If Kaur Home Inspection needs to cancel or reschedule your inspection due to unforeseen circumstances, you will have the option to:

  • Reschedule the inspection for another available date at no additional cost, or
  • Request a Full Refund if you do not wish to reschedule.

2. Unsatisfactory Services

We are committed to delivering high-quality home inspections. If you believe the inspection service did not meet the agreed-upon standards, please contact uswithin 7 days of your inspection to discuss your concerns. We will evaluate your case and, if necessary, may offer a partial or full refund, or an option to reperform the inspection at no additional cost.

Please note that refunds will not be granted if:

  • The service was completed as described, and
  • Any dissatisfaction is related to post-inspection factors that are beyond our control.

3. Payment Disputes

If you have a payment dispute or believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us immediately. We will review the situation and work with you to resolvethe issue. If an error was made, we will issue a prompt refund or credit to your account.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 7-10 business days forthe refund to appear in your account.

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds will be processed back to the original card used for payment.
  • Online Payment Platforms: Refunds will be issued through the platform used during the transaction (e.g., PayPal, Stripe).
